Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Will It Restore the Note lineup ?

As we have witnessed the difficulties faced by the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in 2016 mainly because of it’s battery issues. The Smartphone leading company is set to restore the glory of it’s Note lineup.

Rumors have suggested that the company is set to release the flagship on 29th March, 2017. The company is tensed due to the failure of success of the preceding flagship.

Now let’s talk about the Note 8 it’s specs and design as suggested by rumors.


As we are aware that the note lineup is about it’s size  i.e the display. The Note 8 is rumored to be featuring a 5.7 inches Super AMOLED Screen with a 4K resolution(3840×2160). We all are aware how beautiful the Samsung’s smartphone displays are!!! Well this Flagship is not an exception with a 4k screen and the pixel density of whooping 773ppi it is sure the eyes are going to pop out to witness the accurate colors and crispy videos and images. The Super AMOLED screeen requires less battery life as compared to IPS panels. The display is protected by the corning gorilla glass 5.


The Samsung will be running on the Samsung’s Custom UI Toucwiz on top of the latest Android Version 7.1 (Nougat).This will make the device snappier and fluid with less lag and crashes. The presence of Touchwiz will make the user available with more customization options such as themes, icons and much more. The most used  feature of Note devices is the split screen, this enables the user to take full advantage of the screen size for multitasking.


The Note 8 will be powered by the all new Snapdragon 830 processor which has not yet been announced. The Snapdragon 830 is the Qualcomm’s new top end processor with a highly efficient 10nm process which will make the device battery friendly and more powerful. Samsung also uses their own manufactured Exynos chips so we are not sure which one will be used or two variants will be released.


Now coming to the camera, Note 8 will be featuring 12MP rear camera with f/1.6, optical image stabilization (OIS), dual tone LED flash and 4K recording . Whereas the secondary or the selfie camera has 8MP shooter same f/1.6 and auto HDR. Rumors are made that the Samasung Galaxy will sport dual cameras. Hopefully we may see it in the Note 8.


It will have a full glass body design  with Gorilla Glass 5 back panel which will make sure that it is a finger print magnet ;). Handling will be a problem as the glass is not as durable as aluminium or plastic panels. The device will be water resistent with IP68 certification with water resistant over 1.5 metres and 30 minutes limit. The Flasgship will be dust proff also.


The users will have the option to choose among 64 gb and 128 gb of internal storage along with an additional micro SD storage upto 256 gb. The 64 gb variant will have 6 gb of RAM and the 128 gb will have a monstrous 8 gb RAM.


The Note Lineup is famous for it’s unique features which are amazing and elegant. It will be featuring IRIS Scanner which was a very unique feature found only in the Note 7. IRIS scanner also increases the security a bit further. Talking about security the latest Note will also comprise of fingerprint scanner which will be front mounted along with other already known Note features.


No information is available about the battery. But it is sure to large as it have to take care of the great 5.7 inches 4k dispaly for thos crisp & clear, brighter media usage. We are specualting it to be more than 3200 mAh.

This is it folks. We all hope that the Note 8 will be a huge success as the Note 7 has depressed a lot of people only because of it’s battery problems otherwise the device was overall great. With this type of specs the Note 8 is sure to bang the market and regain the glory of the NOTE Lineup.
